Angela Martens, who grew up in Roblin, along with her daughter Melissa wanted to provide an environment where their community could have their needs met in an atmosphere that was more than just commerce. "We want our customers to feel like friends, because they are. We are here to care for them and meet their needs as best we can. We are continually focused on providing our customers not only a positive shopping experience, but a place to come to have their day brightened. A place where they can receive a smile and be encouraged."

Roblin, Manitoba celebrated it's Centennial in the summer of 2013. Drawing people from near and far to take part in it's festivities and explore businesses--new and old--in the community.

In 2014, Angela was nominated for the Women's Entrepreneur of the Year Award. After a lengthy process she was named a finalist and attended the 22nd annual Women Business Owners of Manitoba gala in Winnipeg, Manitoba. |
In October 2020, we celebrated 10 YEARS in business.
Even through the unprecedented year of Covid-19, the milestone called for a small celebration with full social-distancing measures in place for all who joined us! |
